Janice Dwyer is the current President of Cuneo, Black, Ward, and Missler. She has been with CBWM since 1986 and has been a shareholder since 1991. She is a frequent lecturer of IEA, AWCP, PARMA VICA, and other organizations. Ms. Dwyer is a DWC-approved arbitrator. Her practice includes case management, discovery implementation, negotiation & settlement, trial and post-trial appellate work. Ms. Dwyer’s experience includes peace officer claims, toxic exposure, Almaraz Guzman and AMA Guides Ratings, AOE/COE defense and general Workers’ Compensation defense.
