Adam has been with the firm since 2014, starting as a law clerk. After passing the bar, he became an associate with the firm in 2015 and a shareholder in 2023. Adam graduated from the University of Arizona, Tucson in 2011 and received his Juris Doctorate with Great Distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2015. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2015
Primary Focus
Adam represents public entities including cities, counties, school districts and water agencies and handles cases involving various government employees. He also represents large insurance carriers who insure local businesses throughout Northern and Southern California, primarily focusing on the Stockton and Sacramento areas.
Adam handles a wide range of workers’ compensation claims including catastrophic injuries, psychiatric injuries, and injuries involving public safety employees.
His practice focuses on quality representation designed to achieve the client’s goals/priorities for the case. His skills and past experience include initial analysis and recommended case strategy, discovery implementation, negotiation & settlement and trial.
