Stephanie’s experience includes two years as a litigation attorney representing public entities in civil matters, including employment law. She assisted in successfully arguing a motion for summary judgement on an employment discrimination and harassment case. She was also successful in getting several cases dismissed for not following the proper procedures that are unique to pursuing litigation against a public entity.
Using her experience of working on a variety of employment-related matters as a springboard, Stephanie focuses her practice on core legal issues impacting pending workers’ compensation cases. Stephanie assists public entities, self-insured employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators (TPAs) in all stages of workers’ compensation matters. She will also represent local businesses throughout Northern California.
Stephanie sees the importance of being pro-active; she uses every opportunity to move cases forward to obtain the best result for her clients.
What is the most interesting case you handled?
While at her previous firm, she worked on a complex zoning case that involved litigation regarding advertising along highways.
