Darlene started with Cuneo, Black, Ward & Missler in 2021.

She graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2000 with a BS in Graphic Design and owned her own business. She also worked as an instructor at CSUS for 4 years before deciding to change careers and become an attorney.

Darlene graduated from Lincoln Law School in 2019 (was on the Dean’s List every year) with her JD and became a member of the State Bar of California in the same year.

She wanted to become an attorney because she was aware of the importance of the law to everyone but didn’t know enough about it.

She has enjoyed practicing law thus far as she has learned so many new things (about both the law and medicine) and because of the variety of cases that she has had a chance to work on.

Primary Focus

Darlene is focused on all aspects of workers’ compensation defense and appears at all District
